Autobiography of Judith McLaren, PhD
Early Life and Education
I, Judith McLaren, was born in Jamaica as the second of eight children. From a young age, I was instilled with a strong sense of responsibility and determination, which guided my educational and professional journey. My dedication to understanding the intricacies of the human body and finding natural ways to promote healing and wellness led me to pursue a PhD in Integrative Health and Orthomolecular Nutrition from Kingdom College of Natural Health, a religious institution that aligns with my beliefs and values. Additionally, I obtained a Pastoral License, which allows me to practice within ecclesiastical law, focusing on holistic well-being as per biblical teachings.
Professional Training and Certifications
My professional training encompasses a wide range of disciplines, each contributing to my holistic approach to health and wellness. I am a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, and my expertise includes:
- Microscopy: For determining imbalances in the body.
- Biological Terrain and Flow Systems Auditing
- Reconnective Healing and Kinesiology
- Iridology and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Consulting Hypnosis and Bio-Magnetic Resonance
- Bio-Magnetic Pairs and Biofeedback
- Radiometry Principles and Functional Medicine Consulting
These diverse areas of knowledge have equipped me to help individuals identify and address the root causes of their health issues, rather than merely treating symptoms.
McLaren’s Age Reversing Wellness Center
Fourteen years ago, I established McLaren’s Age Reversing Wellness Center, where we operate within ecclesiastical law to provide holistic health and wellness services. Our primary focus is to help our members identify imbalances in their body systems, ranging from very mild to extreme cases. We do not diagnose or treat diseases; instead, we strive to uncover the root causes of health issues, enabling our members to address these problems with the right protocols and lifestyles, as outlined in the Bible (Genesis 1:29-30).
At our center, we emphasize the sharing of information and education, reminding our members that they possess the tools in their homes and the capacity of their immune systems to detoxify and strengthen their biology to self-repair. Our holistic approach empowers individuals to take control of their health and well-being, fostering long-term, sustainable improvements.
Career in Real Estate, Insurance, and Notary Services
Prior to and concurrently with my work in health and wellness, I have had a successful career as a Real Estate Broker, Insurance Broker, and Notary Public for over 20 years. Through these roles, I discovered my true passion for helping others, which eventually led me to dedicate most of my time to the wellness industry. My diverse professional background has enriched my ability to serve my clients holistically, combining practical knowledge with compassionate care.
Perinatal Patient Navigator
In addition to my work in holistic health, I serve as a Perinatal Patient Navigator, focusing on underserved women in my Maroon community who face and deal with the untimely death of their unborn babies and even their own deaths due to various reasons. Globally, maternal mortality remains a significant issue, with approximately 295,000 women dying during and following pregnancy and childbirth in 2017. The majority of these deaths occur in low-resource settings and are preventable. Common causes include severe bleeding, infections, high blood pressure during pregnancy, and complications from delivery.
As a Perinatal Patient Navigator, I work to address these disparities by providing support and guidance to expectant mothers, helping them navigate the healthcare system, and ensuring they receive the care they need. Doulas and midwives play a crucial role in this effort, offering continuous support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, which has been shown to improve outcomes for both mothers and babies. Their presence can reduce the incidence of cesarean sections, shorten labor, and increase maternal satisfaction with the birthing experience.
Migration to America and Early Career
In the early 90s, I migrated to America, where I immediately integrated into being productive in several entry-level fields, despite being an accomplished business owner in Jamaica prior to my migration. This experience taught me resilience and adaptability, which have been invaluable in my professional journey.
Commitment to Serving the Nyan-Ko-Pong Indigenous Nation
As I look to the future, my goal is to extend my expertise and passion for holistic health to a broader community. I am honored to serve in the Nyan-Ko-Pong Indigenous government as a Health and Wellness Ambassador. In this role, I aim to bring my 14 years of experience running a successful wellness center and my integrative medical expertise to the indigenous government. My commitment is to enhance the health and well-being of the Nyan-Ko-Pong community by integrating traditional practices with modern holistic approaches.
Vision for the Future
My vision is to create a bridge between traditional wisdom and contemporary holistic health practices, fostering a community where everyone has access to the knowledge and resources needed to achieve optimal health. By serving the Nyan-Ko-Pong Indigenous Nation, I aspire to contribute to a legacy of well-being, resilience, and self-sufficiency, ensuring that future generations benefit from a comprehensive approach to health that honors both ancient traditions and modern innovations.
Conclusion
My journey has been one of continuous learning and dedication to holistic health. With a foundation rooted in integrative health and a passion for serving humanity, I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I serve. Through collaboration, education, and a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal, I strive to empower individuals and communities to achieve their highest potential in health and well-being.

Paul “Ras Gadiethz” Peart
Hailing from the beautiful Island of Xaymaca, I was conceived in the Parish of St Mary within Richmond St Mary in 1970. I am one of six siblings born to my mother fondly known as Nana Rose. and General Augustus Peart, from the maroon bloodline of St Elizabeth, my native name is :Paul: Peart, better known as Ras Gadiethz.
Further blessings allowed me to thrive in the lush natural environment of St Marys’ Parish, surrounded not only by my mothers’ and father’s love, but also by my grandmother, who was a strong independent business woman along with a great role model of a man and a spiritual revivalist, my Uncle Bonjo.
At the tender age of seven, I relocated with my mother to reside for a few years within Spanish town, it was here my awakening began, as I became more consciously aware of my ancestral heritage and cultural roots as a Maroon. I was privileged to be embraced by the Rastafari movement, which was extremely influential in my exposure to the history and legacy of the Maroon achievements, their challenges and the legacy of the 1738/9 Peace Treaty.
Further within this was my increased knowledge and understanding of the achievements of the Honourable Marcus Mosiah Garvey Jr, it was then that I became aware of how a firm foundation could be established and what can be achieved with the unification of ones’ nation.
Within this same time period I was Introduce to the ancestral traditions and beliefs of Pocomania and Kumina and the historical linage stemming back to West Africa, aspects of these traditions included displaying flags, and symbols of Maroon self-identity which helped to give recognition to the spirits, these were locally known as Barm Yards or more commonly known as Obeah yards.
Having completed my early school education at the Zion Hill Primary school, I returned back to reside with my grandmother at the age of eleven. it became apparent that the world was not what it appeared to be, invisible things seemed to be defining the world as I continued my journey through this universe into adolescence.
Spending more time around my grandmother and uncle Bonjo inspired me to further explore my ancestral roots, whilst at the same time, honing my skills and interests in the creative world of cosmetology and the artistry world of entertainment.
I again return to Kingston to complete my school education at Kingston Senior School and thereafter attend the Kingston Senior College by Heroes Park to study communication, various media houses and technology.
As I gather my thoughts to write this Biography I smile as I remember the significant influence my uncle Bonjo had on me as I began to change and embrace a more maroon way of life, his encouragement helped me to revitalize my spirituality.
An accumulation of my lifes’ journey to this point evoked my curiosity of what this world may have to offer, so in my late teens at the age of nineteen, I ventured away from Xaymaca to explore the many and varied Islands of the Caribbean which included; The British Virgin Islands, St Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Cayman Islands and more from 1996 -2017.
Cosmetology was my first profession as I did barbering for the likes of well-known reggae artists such as Shabba Ranks, Sanchez and Dirt man (Papa Sans’ Brother) to name just a few. This led me broaden and strengthen my connections with the inter related aspects of the music industry, such as developing radio Broad casting techniques, marketing management, sales and event promotional skills.
My spirit of imagination has allowed me to continue in my artistry entertainment profession as I became a promoter for the likes of Sting, Buju Banton, Bunny wailer, Tony Rebel, Garnet Silk, Luciano Tiger along with others.
With the support of Luciano another great revivalist & spiritual reggae artist, I was able to unify our brother & sisters from the British Virgin Isle & Jamaica to share in the universal different dimensions of physical enjoyment through entertainment and spiritual heightened awareness of the different realms of the political agenda and passionate knowledge of cultural inner standing.
My artistry entertainment career continues to foster and inspire creative ways to enlighten my brothers and sisters in an intuitive manner from as far back when my venture into the world began. Having hosted many a radio show, the opportunity to host The Maroon Agenda International Grand Rising Show, continues to provide a platform for discussion, debate and to raise awareness of the added value of diplomacy to the formation of a Sovereign Maroon Government Nation.
As I continued on my journey of exploration through this universe, now residing in the USA, with a growing passion of looking at the political climate of the world, discussions of the liberation of Maroon people with His Excellency the Emperor, Horus Lewis El Bey, I soon discovered we were both standing on the same platform of the 1738 Peace Treaty between the British and Xaymaca, and as Indigenous Maroons we were well positioned to evoke our rights to self-determination as a way forward by developing a government initiative. This this led me to secure Maroon Identification to consolidate my recognition of a maroon native identity.
I accepted High Chief Priest coronation recognition given to me in 2016 by The Messenger Luciano. This was further reinforced when in 2019 His Excellency the Emperor, Horus Lewis El Bey gave recognition to me Ras Gadiethz as High Chief Priest for :Nyan-ko-pong: Sovereign Maroon Government o represent the Maroon Nation from a national stance in the USA, which further sparked the energy and reinforced the union between us.
With aims to unravel some of the biggest misconceptions of modern day, I begin with the power of the people as a more powerful force than those in power, understanding the pen is mighty than the sword, and knowledge is wisdom unless un-used and not shared, then knowledge may become useless:
The term Cimarron means wild and untamed, which gives rise to the true story of a rebellion, not of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade but more about the rebellion of a Trans-Atlantic war, this gives a depiction of a revolution by the Maroons, which through inspiration of their ancestral brothers & sisters to continue the struggle to secure their national identity as a nation of people aka Maroons : – Not as a color but more of a descriptive of a nation of many shades, where black is excluded as this is noted as being an inaccurate descriptive of any shade of people.
:Nana-Chanel: Secretary of State
In the lush hills and plains of Xaymaca, where the spirit of resilience thrives, a young dreamer was nurtured by the wisdom of Saint Thomas More Prep School and the vibrant halls of Glenmuir High School. This dreamer, fueled by a fervent desire to serve, enlisted in the U.S. Army at the tender age of seventeen, after completing secondary education at Montgomery Blair High School, the largest and most diverse school in Maryland, embarking on a journey that would sculpt a warriors’ heart and a humanitarians’ soul.
As a valiant soldier in the Gulf War, the dreamer witnessed the stark realities of conflict, yet emerged as a beacon of hope – a veteran dedicated to healing wounds and bridging divides. The battlefield gave way to the nurturing corridors of healthcare, where the dreamer, now a compassionate nurse, tended to lifes’ fragile threads with unwavering dedication.
The tapestry of life continued to unfold, revealing a path of advocacy and justice. As a human rights consultant, the dreamer wove strands of empathy and courage into a shield that protects the voiceless and uplifts the downtrodden. Amidst this tapestry, the dreamers’ heart swelled with love for a growing family – six stars that shine with the promise of tomorrow.
This is not just a biography; its’ a saga of a life lived with valor, care, and unwavering conviction – a testament to the indomitable human spirit that thrives within us all. I am very passionate about standing up for the unalienable rights and freedoms of our indigenous people and uplifting others.
